Ivanovskaya Marka trading company, one of the leading Russian suppliers of road construction and special equipment, and JSC State Transportation Leasing Company (GTLK) have signed a cooperation agreement late 2009.

Ivanovets cranes and Raskat road rollers will be supplied to companies and individual entrepreneurs on favorable financial terms. The agreement gives the consumers every advantage of the state-sponsored leasing program.  

Annual appreciation, including property taxes, insurance payments and other expenses incurred by the leasing company, is just 8.51%, considerably lower than the market; no advance payment needed. The lease term is generally 18 to 36 months and up to 60 months for certain types of equipment. The warranty period for the leased assets is 18 months.

The key goal is to boost the demand for Russian-made machinery and advanced technologies, to reduce motor-roads maintenance costs, to develop infrastructure and encourage investment into Russia’s machine-building industry.
